BISHOP, Luther - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Kingman - Luther Lee Bishop, 70, died Wednesday morning at about 10 o'clock at his home near here. He had suffered a heart attack two weeks ago. Born August 21, 1881 in Pulaski Co KY he was the son of Adam and Martha Surber Bishop. He married Nannie Jane Ewbanks, who survives. A farmer, he had spent the last 15 years in the Kingman community. Surviving besides the widow are a daughter, Mrs. Mary Marie Risner, RFD Crawfordsville; two sons, Bradford at home and Ray of Wingate; a sister, Mrs. Niza Ewbanks of KY and two grandchildren. Two sisters and 3 brothers preceeded him in death. Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 10:30 o'clock from the Woodrow Funeral Home here with burial in Centennial Cemetery.
