BEVER, William Hardy - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

William "Hardy" Bever, 64, died at 3:40 p.m. Thursday, August 30, (1984) in Regional Hospital, Terre Haute. He had lived in Hillsboro until moving to the Lee Alan Bryant Home in Rockville about 4 years ago. He was a retired mechqnic and had attended Hillsboro schools. He was born 12-22-1919 in Fountain County, the son of Henry C and Effie Leonard Bever. Survivors include two sisters: Mrs. Daisy Stebler, St. Louis, Mo. and Mrs. Hazel Houser, Rt 1, Wingate and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother. Funeral services were at 10:00 a.m. Sat Sept 1, at the Crumley-Williams Funeral Home. The Rev. Dorman Winger officiated. Burial was in Rockfield Cemetery, near Veedersburg.
