Wallace – Funeral services were held for Delbert Bever, Sunday Sept 13 at the Freedom Christian Church in charge of Rev. John Servies and assisted by Rev. Alfred Dobbs. Mrs. Ruth Woods and Mrs. Vida Mitchell accompanied by Mrs. Carl Starns, sang It is Well with My Soul, Whispering Hope and Going Down the Valley.  Pallbearers were Herman Collins, Bernard Mitchell, Harry Shoaf, Roscoe Long, Homer Bever and Cyrus Kunkle. Flower bearers included Peggy Jo Starnes, Judy and Jackie Goben, Betty McGinnis, Verna Bowman, Judy Goodin, Edith Williams, Naomi Long Grimes, Kay Sowers, Sherry Goodin, Jennie Hutson, Beverly Hutson, Bernice Alderson, Sandra Harvey, Georgeanna Lowe, Helen Spessard and Gladys Ratcliffe.
