BESSELL, Lloyd - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Veedersburg - Lloyd T. Bessell, 72 of Veedersburg died Sunday morning in Community Hospital at Williamsport. Mr. Bessell was a member of Sterling Christian Church and the Hub Nut Camping Club at veedersburg. He served as insignia director and was a member of the National Campers and Hikers Association. Born Dec 22, 1904, at McComb, Illinois, he was a son of Fred and Mattie Wells Bessell. He was married to Katheryn Wilson May 30, 1941. She preceded him in death Sept 20, 1976. Surviving are a brother, Laymon of Joliet, Ill and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Crumley-Williams Funeral Home with Rev. Alfred Dobbs officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
