BERLIN, Vernon "Bud" - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Vernon “Bud” Berlin of Veedersburg, age 75, was found dead at his home Saturday morning, February 13. He was born at Veedersburg, February 28, 1906, the son of Andrew and Mary French Berlin. In September 1929, he married Irene Robbins, who died in 1974. He had been a barber in Veedersburg for more than 50 years.

  Survivors include two daughters, Nonie Jones and Donna Mayotte, Both of Crawfordsville; two sons, Jack of Veedersburg and Bill of Crawfordsville; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Parham Funeral Home in Veedersburg with Rev. William Dittmer officiating. Burial was in Rockfield Cemetery. - kbz
