Covington- Ella Augusta Beaver, 93, 1528 Liberty St, Covington died at 6:02 p.m Jan 4, 1999 in Provena USMC Logan Campus, Danville, Illinois. Born Nov 11, 1905 in Hillsboro, she was the daughter of William and Amelia Jahnke Laube. She was a member of Fountain Christian Church and their Ladies Aid, she had been attending Sterling Christian Church. She was a resident of Fountain County most of her life. She had been employed at Radio Materials Corp in Attica and did housekeeping for many people over the years. Survivors include William L. Beaver, Brownsville, Texas; Gerald D (Beulah) Beaver; Clarks Hill; Barry Dale Beaver, Nashville, Tenn; daughtesr Ina (Ralph) Salta, Veedersburg; Carolyn S. Current, Covington; Marilyn (Lorin) Haas, Lafayette; 20 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Shelby Funeral Home, Covington with Gary Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope, Covington. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. tonight (Wednesday) at the funeral home.
