Veedersburg - Mrs. Reba Batchelor, 31, a native of Veedersburg died Friday night at University Hospital, Ann Arbor, Mich. She had been ill with leukemia for two years. She was born Oct 8, 1929 to Clayton and Marie Zimmerman Smith. She spent her early life in Veedersburg and married George Batchelor of Buchanan, Mich in 1943. Survivors include her husband, her mother, two sons, Bruce and Brad at home and a brother, Iville Smith at Veedersburg. Her father and another brother preceded her in death. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Swems Funeral Home in BUchanan Mich. Burial will be at the cemetery there.
