On July 9, 1981, in Ft. Pierce, Fla, Vivian S (nee Snodgrass), beloved wife of William M. Barlow, devoted mother of William L. Barlow. Also survived by 13 grandchildren. Friends may call at the Raymond C. Fink Funeral Home of Glen Burnie, Crain highway and 5th Avenue SW on Monday 3 to 5 and 7-9 p.m. (parking entrance on 5th Avenue). Services on Tuesday at 10 am. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park. – note – think this is Vivian Snodgrass from Fountain County although she married Walter C. Meyers in 1931 in Hammond (born 13 Dec 1911 Fountain County – daughter of Joseph Miller and Minnie Price Snodgrass – then she is just kind of lost until Vivian Barlow and the above obit. Odd.

Mrs. William (Vivian) Barlow died at a Fort Pierce Hospital in Florida July 9 after several years’ illness.
She was born west of Newtown in 1909, the daughter of Miller and Minnie Price Snodgrass. She had resided in Baltimore, Maryland for 40 years before moving to Fort Pierce five years ago. In Baltimore, she was employed by the U.S. government. She was a graduate of the Wingate High School, a member of the Methodist Church and Order of the Eastern Star in Baltimore.
Surviving is her husband and a son, William Lee of Pompano Beach, Florida; three step grandchildren and a brother, Frank Snodgrass of Covington. Mrs. Floyd Bell of Newtown is an aunt. Services and burial were in Baltimore. – thanks to S
