Peggy A. Barker, 57, of Rt. 1, Covington, d. at 6:45 a.m. sun. in United Samaritan Med. Center, Logan Campus, at Danville, Ill. Mrs. Barker was a lifelong resident of the Covington and Perrysville areas. She was a 1953 grad. of Perrysville HS. She was b. July 20, 1935 at Perrysville, the d/o of Ferris and Mildred Sorrels Allen. She was married Alan Barker on July 10, 1955. He survives. Other survivors are one son, David of Terre Haute; two daughters, Mr. Kevin (Lori) Brumfield & Lisa Barker and two grandch. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Tony. A private graveside service was scheduled for 11 a.m. today at Lower Mund Cem. with the Rev. ? Funeral Home handled the arrangement. Contributions may be made to Hospice at united Samaritans Medical Center, Logan Campus at Danville, Ill.
