BAILEY, Mildred Coffing - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mrs. Mildred Irene Bailey, 65, of Danville Route 5, died at 9:55 p.m. Thursday (Dec. 18, 1969) at St. Elizabeth Hospital, where she had been a patient since Dec. 1. Mrs. Bailey was born June 3, 1904, in Fountain County, Ind., daughter of Theron and Alta Bowling Coffing. She was married to Bernard E. Bailey on May 11, 1929, in Danville. He survives. Also surviving are a son, Robert C. of Danville; a step-daughter, Virignia Bailey at home; two brothers, Clint Coffing of Crawfordsville, Ind. Route 6, Coy Cofifng of Romney, Ind. Route 1; a sister, Mrs. Ruth Spivey of Crawfordsville; and three grandchildren. Mrs. Bailey had lived in the, Danville area for 42 years, and was a member of the Fountain County United Methodist Church. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. CST Monday at Lakeside Funeral Chapel, with burial at Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
