AUSTIN, Carrell F "Bud" - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Carrel F. "Bud" Austin, 61 of 1404 Edgwood Drive, died Sunday in St. Eliz Hospital, Lafayette. An electrician all his adut life, Mr. Austin was a WWII veteran. He was a member of Milligan Memorial Presbyteria Church, the Masonic Lodge in New Richmond, Moose Lodge, American Legion and VFW. He was born in Mellott March 2, 1918, a son of Jacob and Agnes Williams Austin. He married Barbara Lepper Nov 13, 1954. She survives. He also is survived by two sons, Larry Austin, Crawfordsville and John AUstin, Lafayette; two stepsons, Ed and Gary Lepper, Crawfordsville; a stepdaughter, Debra Keller of Crawfordsville; six brothers, Wayne of Indianapolis; Cecil, Pittsboro; John, Linden, Chester, Russell and Stanley all of Mellott; and 4 grandchildren. Services are at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Stanley Hall officiating. Burial in Masonic cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today.
