ATKINSON, Fred - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Fred W. Atkinson of Marshall, age 75, died Friday, January 15, in Vermillion County Hospital at Clinton.  Survivors include four daughters, Treva Smith and Sandra Reedy, both of rural Rockville, Virginia Welch of St. Petersburg, Florida, and Sharon Davis of Indianapolis; three sons, Vernon of Chiefland, Florida, Robert of Bridgeton and Michael of Rockville; a sister, Trina Kelly of Indianapolis; a brother, Marvin of Covington; 24 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.    Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Rice Funeral Home in Marshall with Rev. John Hopkins officiating. Burial was in Poplar Grove Cemetery at Marshall.  – thanks so much to “S”
