ASHLEY, Ernest - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Ernest H. Ashley, 49, a native of Veedersburg died at his home near Kansas City, Kansas and the funeral was held in a Kansas City funeral home last Friday with burial at Leeds, Mo. Mr. Ashley was the son of the late George Willis and Leta May Ashley who moved from Veedersburg 30 years ago. He had been a salesman for many years, first for the Beckwith Furnace company of Danville, Ill and for 22 years represented a paint company in Kansas City, Kas. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Ray Bennett and his stepfather, AC Wallace, both of Lafayette as well as his wife and other relatives at Kansas City. – thanks to Brenda
