ARRASMITH, Minnie Kyger - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Minnie J. Arrasmith of Cayuga, age 83, died Monday morning, November 8, in St. Elizabeth Hospital at Danville, Illinois. She was born in Love Township, Illinois, December 26, 1898, the daughter of Jesse and Lucinda Trosper Kyger. In 1918, she married Pearl S. Arrasmith, who died in 1964. Mrs. Arrasmith was a member of the Friends Church and Henderson Chapel Missionary Society.

  Surviving are a daughter, Charlotte R. Shaw of RR 1, Covington; two sons, Thomas S. of rural Perrysville and Charles I. of rural Cayuga; a sister, Lillie Adams of Covington; a brother, Russell Kyger of rural Dana; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at DeVerter Brothers Funeral Home in Cayuga. Burial was in Thomas Cemetery at Newport.
