MONON — Cecil Antrim, 69, a retired carpenter, died Thursday morning at Fort Myers, Fla., apparently of a heart attack. Mr. Antrim moved from Monon to Fort Myers in 1970 after his retirement. Born at Minot, N.D., he was married at Hammond in 1929 to Elizabeth Brown, who survives. He was a member of the Carpenters Union. Surviving with the widow are two daughters, Patricia Edgecomb of Indianapolis and Jane Bruns of Paxton, Ill.; one son, Don Antrim of LaPorte; his mother, Mrs. Florence Antrim of Monon; two sisters, Mrs. Caroline MaCurdy of Fort Pierce, Fla., and Mrs. Lucille Sitar of Michigan City; and three brothers, Joe Antrim of Monon, Wayne Antrim of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Dean Antrim of Winamac.
