Veedersburg Ind -- Mrs. Mary D. Anders, 75, of Veedersburg Route 4, died Wednesday morning, April 16 1975, at her home. Death was due to natural causes. Born March 18 1900 in Fountain County, she was the daughter of Thomas and Lydia Summers Day. She was married to S. R. Anders who died in 1970. She had moved to Veedersburg 10 years ago from Phoeniz Ariz. Mrs. Anders was a member of the Centennial Community church and Ladies Aid. Survivors include a brother, Harry Day of Phoenix; a sister Mrs. Quinton (Maxine) Bryant of Attica; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers and five sisters. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Centennial Community church with the Rev. John Lamb officiating. Burial will be in Centennial Cemetery. Friends will be received from 5-9 p.m. Friday at the Parham Funeral Home in Veedersburg. - kbz

Mary D. Anders, 75, Rt. 4, Veedersburg, died Wednesday, April 16, at her home.
  She was born in Fountain County March 18, 1900, daughter of Thomas and Lydia Summers Day. She formerly lived at Phoenix, Ariz., moving to Rt. 4, Veedersburg ten years ago. She was a member of Centennial Community Church and Centennial Ladies Aid.
  She was preceded in death by her husband, S. R. Anders, in 1970. She was also preceded in death by two brothers and five sisters.
  She is survived by one brother, Harry Day, Phoenix, Ariz.; one sister, Mrs. Quinton (Maxine) Bryant, Attica, several nieces and nephews.
  Funeral services were held at the Centennial Community Church on Saturday, April 19 at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. John Lamb officiating. Burial was in the Centennial Cemetery.  – thanks to S
