ANDERS, Clyde J. - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

COVINGTON – Clyde J. Anders, 25, died at 3:25 p.m. Friday in a farm accident. Anders was a 1970 graduate of Covington High School. He had been a resident of Rt. 1, Covington, for three years. He was employed in production by TeePak of Danville, Ill., for six years. Mr. Anders was the son of Fred and Myra J. Thompson Anders. They survive. He was married to Vernette Rae Keller on May 27, 1972. She survives. Also surviving are two sons, Matthew Bruce, 4, and Brett Allen, 2, and a daughter, Jennifer jean, 3, all at home; three sisters, Mrs. Michael (Sandra Lynn) Jacobi of Jeffersonville, Mrs. E. C. (Catherine Sue) Phillips of Vandarabbas, Iran, and Mrs. Howard (Phyllis Kay) Keller of Rt. 1, Covington; and his paternal grandmother, Minnie Anders of Rt. 3, Covington. He was preceded in death by a paternal grandfather and his maternal grandparents. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday.   -– jlr
