-- Robert Forrest Allen, 50, Perrysville, Indiana died Thursday at 11:11 p.m. at USMC Logan. Born July 19, 1939, Perrysville, to Lowell F. and Catherine Mettee Allen. He attended Perrysville schools. He was a carpenter in construction; a member of Operating Engineers Local 841, Terre Haute; and Wallace Lodge 495 F & AM. Survivors: are four children: Steven, Elgin AFB, Fla; Dennis, Cayuga; Barbara Jenkins, Indianapolis; Robert F II Georgetown; mother and stepfather James Wedgartner, Perrysville; two sisters, Caroline (Verne) Satsgaver, Perrysville; Judith Schultz, Danville ; and 5 grandchildren. Funeral 2 p.m. Monday at Shelby Funeral Home, with Max Paddock officiating. Burial in Bethel Cemetery. Visitation 4-8 p.m. Sunday. Masonic Service at 8 p.m. -- kbz
