ALLEN, Clifford Lex - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Clifford Lex Allen of Torrance, California age 62 died Monday, Nov 2, in Torrance. He was formerly of Parke County, Wingate and Hillsboro communities. Born Oct 5, 1919, he was the son of Emery and Mavis Henley Allen. Until his retirement, he worked for the Postal Service at Torrenace. Surviving are the widow, Delma; four daughters, Tammy Johnston, Lexie Greer, Beth Wilson and Donnie Allen, all of California; four sisters, Delma Allen of Wingate, Violet Miller of Rockville, Maryland; Ruth Tansel of Crawfordsville and Norma Wilson of Hillsboro; and three brothers, Cyril of Crawfordsville; Cliston of Wingate and Kenneth of Hillsboro.
