Louis F. Albea, 66, retired mechanic, died Saturday (Mar. 24, 1951) at his home at 506 Green. He had been seriously ill for nearly six months. Mr. Albea, a member of the Christian Church, was born May 23, 1884 at Covington, the son of Thomas and Finet Murphy Albea. Surviving are the wife, Hazel; two daughters, Mrs. John Ingram, Alvin, and Mrs. John Moss, Merced, Calif.; two sons, Louis Jr., Danville, and Freeman, Gulfport, Miss.; a sister, Mrs. J. O. Kipple, Danville; a brother, Edward, Covington, and three grandchildren. A brother and a sister preceded him in death. The body is at the Barrick & Sons Funeral Home where it will remain for services at 2 p. m. Tuesday. The Rev. C. E. Smith will officiate, with burial in the Masonic Cemetery at State Line.
