WAYNETOWN – Vic Adams, 69, Waynetown, former member of the Waynetown Town Board, died Tuesday in Culver Hospital at Crawfordsville, where he had been admitted earlier in the day. A retired farmer, he moved here in 1968. He was a member of Waynetown Baptist Church. Born Dec. 13, 1908, at Danville, Ill., he was a son of Oscar and Jessie Lennie Adams. He attended Gulfport High School. He was married in 1932 to Martha Lewis of Linden. She survives. Other survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Frank (Donna) Endicott and Mrs. Jim (Bettie Lou) Claycomb of Waynetown; a brother, Howard of Waynetown; a sister, Louise Frame of Waynetown; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Thomas Funeral Home here with the Rev. Stephen Malone officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Thursday. – jlr
