COVINGTON — Michael “Mike”
Adams, 43, Covington, died at 9:17 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, 2007 in Wishard
Memorial Hospital, Indianapolis. He was born July 5, 1964 in Danville, Ill.,
the son of Joseph A. and Diana (Biggs) Adams. He worked as a welder. He enjoyed
hunting, fishing and any outdoor activity. He especially enjoyed spending time
with his family and friends. Survivors include: his mother; a son, Brandon
Adams, West Lebanon; a daughter, Emily Bonner, Oakwood, Ill.; a brother, Kirk
(Marlene) Adams, Rocky Mount, Va., a sister, Stacy (Eric) Guyer, Covington; a
niece, Laci Guyer, Covington; and nephews, Cody (Jennifer) Guyer, Danville,
Ill., and Brock Adams and Hunter Adams, both of Rocky Mount, Va. He was
preceded in death by his father; a daughter, Katie; his paternal grandparents,
Joseph and Alice Adams; and his maternal grandparents, Robert (Pap) and Vera
Biggs. Per his family's wishes, he was cremated. A memorial service was at 7
p.m. Thursday in Prairie Creek Baptist Church, Kingman. A private family burial
will be held in Mount Hope Cemetery, Covington. Sunset's Covington Chapel was
in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent
