Marshall - Marvin Eugene ADAIR, 56, Rt. 1, Marshall died at 10:42 p.m. Monday in Union Hospital, Terre Haute. He had been in failing health the past 5 years. The Marshall farmer was born Jan 25, 1917 at Monticello, KY a son of Clurse & Molly Brakes Adair. He was married to June Warren Dec 5, 1941. She survives. Mr. Adair was an Army Vet of WWII. Surviving are 3 daughters, Mrs. Nolan (Phylli s) Warner, Rt. 4, Crawfordsville, Mrs. Daivid (Connie) Wittenmyer of R t. 1, Marshall, and Martha Adair at home; two sons, Carl of Elmwood, Ill and Earl stationed with the AF at Lackland AFB, Tx; two brothers, Arthur of Rt. 2, Kingman and Charles H of Crown Point; two sisters, Mrs. Ira ( Ella) Hyso of Peoria, Ill and Mrs. Don (Ruth) Miles of Yates City, Il, 3 grands two step grands, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Services conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Davies-Tudor Funeral Home at Marshall with Rev Robert Johnson officiating. Burial in Bethany Cemetery. - klbz
