ZUCK, Ernest - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Ernest Zuck, 84 of Rt 6, Crawfordsville died at 5:45 p.m. Thursday in Culver Hospital, where he had been since Saturday. A former grocery store owner at Waynetown and farmer, he was born Sept 14, 1881, in Montgomery County to Newt and Catharine Shumake Zuck. He was married to Uma WIlkinson at Waynetown April 12, 1908. He was a member of the Christian Church at Wallace and was educated in the Waynetown and Mills schools. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Beulah Edwards, with whom he made his home; a son, Gerald of Omaha, Neb; a granddaughter, Mrs. Suzanne Smith of Omaha and a nephew, Rev. Ralph Watson of New Market. He was preceded in death by a brother, Fred and sister, Bessie. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Servies Funeral Home in Waynetown. Revs. John Servies and Paul E. Million will officiate. Burial will be in the Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. Sunday - kbz
