Mellott - Mrs. Autie Younger, 76 of near Mellott died at 3 a.m. Sunday in Culver Hospital at Crawfordsville, where she had been a patient one week. She was a member of the Mellott United Church of Christ. She was educated in Tennessee schools. Born April 16, 1896, at Lawrenceburg Tenn she was a daughter of Jackson and Octavia Strange Talbert. She married Guy Younger Dec 31, 1919. He died November 20, 1957. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Harold (June) Bantz of Mellott, a brother, Orville A. Talbert of Rt 7, Crawfordsville; two grandchildren and a great grandchild. She was preceded in death by a sister, a brother and a grandson. Services will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday in Crumley-Williams Funeral Home, Hillsboro with Rev. Clyde K. Hunter official. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Hillsboro.
