VEEDERSBURG — Mrs. Kathryn T. Youngblood, 65, wife of Floyd (Zeke) Youngblood, died Wednesday at 3:45 p.m. in St. Elizabeth Hospital at Danville, Ill., where she had been a patient since April 30. Born Jan. 28, 1895, in Fountain County, Mrs. Youngblood was the daughter of Oren F. Warrick and Emma Kelly Warrick. She married Mr. Youngblood Nov. 6, 1912. Mrs. Youngblood was a member of the Osborn Prairie Christian Church. Surviving are the husband; a daughter, Mrs. Eloise Pendry of Covington; a son, William Youngblood of Lincoln, Ill.; two brothers, Orville Warrick of Covington and Homer Warrick of Brownsburg; a sister, Mrs. Helen Hegg of Covington, and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Fishero Funeral Home at Veedersburg, with burial at Bonebrake Cemetery. Rev. George Mitchell will be the officiating minister. Friends may call at the funeral home beginning at noon Friday. - typed by Walt W.

Kathryn Truro Youngblood, Veedersburg, 65, passed away Wednesday May 5 at the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville where she had been admitted Saturday.  Mrs. Youngblood had been ill for a year and became seriously ill Friday at the home of her daughter Mrs. Eloise Pendry in Covington where she had been staying since February. Born Jan 28, 1895 in Fountain County she was the daughter of Oren and Emma Kelly Warrick. She was married to Floyd “Zeke” Youngblood Nov 6 1912 who survives. Also surviving are the daughter, Mrs. Pendry and a son, William Youngblood of Lincoln, Ill; 5 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Orval Warrick of Covington and Homer Warrick of Brownsburg; and a sister Mrs. Louise Hegg of Covington. She was a member of Osborne Prairie Church. Friends may call at the Fishero Funeral Home in Veedersburg after noon today (Friday).  Services will be held at the Funeral Home Saturday at 2 p.m. with Rev. George Mitchell officiating.  Burial will be in Bonebrake Cemetery. – kbz
