YOUNG, David - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

David Young, 61 years of age, Kingman Rt 3, died 5 a.m. Thursday April 5th at his home, where he had been ill 3 weeks. He was born May 26, 1883 near Attica, the son of John Edward and Emma Young. He married August 21, 1913 , to Carrie I. Day. He was engaged in farming and had lived near Cates for seven years and Fountain County most of his life. He was a member of the Benson Chapel Church near Covington. Surviving besides the widow is a daughter, Mrs. Louise Richardson of Perrysville; 3 sons, Paul in the service in Germany; SSgt John William King with the 9th AF in France; Noel at home; 6 grandchildren, a sister, 3 brothers and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 2 a.m. Saturday at Benson Chapel with Rev. Miles of Perrysville officiating with burial in Lower Mound Cemetery.
