VERHEY, W. Lorane - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Crawfordsville - Mrs. W. Lorane Verhey, 82, died Sunday afternoon in Ladoga Healthcare Center. She was born May 28, 1910 at Wallace.  She married Lawrence C. Verhey on March 4, 1930 in Attica and he died in 1990.  A homemaker, Mrs. Verhey was a member of the Crawfordsville Church of God. She attended the former Wallace High School.  Surviving are four sons, Richard Verhey and Jerald Verhey, both of Crawfordsville, Glen Verhey of Palatine, Ill and Darrell Verhey of West Point; a daughter, Mrs. Dvid (Judy) Hamilton of Brownsburg; and three sisters, Ruby Pence of Slidell, La; Myrtle Johnson and Mary Ray both of West Point.
