VanREED, Byron - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Byron VanReed, a well known citizen of Warren county died Friday at his home in Carbondale after an illness of 3 months. The decedent was 77 years old and had spent his entire life in Warren County.  He was a veteran of the civil ar.  He is survived by one son, Bert VanReed; two grandchildren, Orville and Geneva VanReed; one sister, Mrs. Minerva Butler and one brother, Lee VanReed. The funeral was conducted Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock at Carbondale Church. Rev. Fletcher of Williamsport officiating. Burial was made in Williamsport cemetery.
