Attica – Sandra K. (Bishop) VanDame, 59, 908 W 650 N. Attica died at 4:45 a.m. Wednesday Feb 236, 2003 in St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Lafayette following an illness of 8 months with cancer.  She was born Sept 3, 1943 in Lafayette, the daughter of Wilber and Mildred Owens Bishop. She married Orville M. VanDame Oct 31, 1986 in Williamsport.  He survives.  She was raised and education in Jefferson, Clinton County. She had lived in rural Attica since 1986.  She had worked as an agent for fire and water damage restoration services.  She had worked for 10 years as a waitress for Larson’s Red Barn in Attica. She enjoyed flower gardening and crocheting.  She enjoyed her grandchildren.  Survivors besides the husband include a son, Scott (Shelly) Wolf, Maple Grove, Minn; a daughter Kim (Bruce) Isaac, Lexington Ky; three step daughters, Kathan (Alan) Moudy, Covington; Annette (Tony) Priest, Battle Ground and Lisa (David Hampton, Darlington; a brother, Wilber (Shirley) Bishop, Jr. Port Charlotte, Fla and 7 grandchildren.
