TUNIN, Gladys Marie - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Gladys Marie Tunin of Rockville, age 84, died Friday morning, October 1, at her home. She was born in Parke County, June 23, 1898, the daughter of Miles and Martha Weaver Thompson.

She married Harry Tunin, who died March 9, 1972. Mrs. Tunin was a member of Rush Creek Friends Church.

  Surviving are a sister, Thelma Sloan of Kingman; a brother, Eugene Thompson of Rockville; a half brother, Seth wood of LaPorte; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Darrell N., in 1934.

  Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at Tudor-Miller Memorial Chapel in Rockville with Rev. Ruth Isaacs officiating. Burial was in Kingman Fraternal Cemetery.
