Attica, Ind May 16 – Judge RF Trullinger, former resident of Fountain County, died April 17 at his home in Belton, Missouri. He was 73 years old. For four years prior to his death he served as a member of the Cass County court of Missouri. Judge Trullinger was for years a resident of this community, residing east of Attica on what has been known as the Colver farm. On April 17, 1876 he was married to Miss Rae Huffman Williams, a sister of Mrs. Frank Baird and Walter Williams of Davis Township, who passed away in 1911. The judge was also a cousin of Mrs. Isora Strader of Attica. He served as associate judge of the north district of Missouri for four years retiring from public life in 1927. Funeral services were held in Belton and burial was made in Belton cemetery.
