TROXEL, Nellie Belle Martin

WEST POINT - Mrs. Nellie Bell Troxel, 76, Rt. 1, died at 9:45 p.m. Monday in the State Soldiers Home, Lafayette. She had been seriously ill since December and at the home four months. Born at Portsmouth, Ohio, she had lived at West Point 10 years and in the Attica area 54 years. In 1920 in Hillsboro, Ohio, she was married to Ruben Troxel, who is a farmer, and he survives. Mrs. Troxel was a member of the Christian Church at Greenfield, but now affiliated with Bethel Church. She was also belonged to the Club in Riverside. Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Jeffries of Hillsboro, Ind., and Mrs. Mildred Sillis of Monticello; one son, Wayman D. (Bud) Troxel of West Point; and one brother, Fred Martin of Southgate, Mich. --- jlr
