COVINGTON, Ind. (CNS) -- William Lloyd Trosper, 65, a life resident of the Perrysville and Covington communities, died unexpectedly yesterday (May 24, 1968) at his home in Covington. Death was attributed to natural causes. Born Feb. 17, 1903, at Perrysville, he was the son of William S. and Lydia Mendenhall Trosper. He was married Aug. 11, 1954, to Violet Irene Whyde, who survives. Mr. Trosper had formerly been employed at the Harrison Steel Foundry in Attica and as a farm laborer. He was a member of the Knights of Pythias Lodge. Other survivors include a sister, Mrs. Lucy Luke of Danville; two brothers, Earl and Eugene, both of Perrysville Route 1; and six step children, Mrs. Patricia Heidbrighter of Danville, Leander Hughey and Mrs. Edith Gerard, both of Covington, Mrs. Mary Laury of Covington Route 2, Mrs. Icie Lamb of Saratoga, Ind., and Mrs. Helen Hoffman of Wingate; 15 step grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters. Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home. The Rev. Roger Simmons will officiate. Burial will be in Hicks Cemetery. The body is at the funeral home. Friends will be received after 1 p.m. today. --typed by Walt W
