Thompson, Nicholas - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Nicholas Thompson, aged eighty four years, died of dropsy Sunday at his home three miles west of town on the Yountsville Road. He had been ill for about three months and his death was not unexpected. He leaves a wife and a number of grown children. He had lived most of his life in this and Fountain Counties and was a well known character. The funeral occurred at the home Tuesday morning at nine o’clock. - s
