The funeral of Mrs. Isa May Terry, wife of William Terry who died at Charleston, Ill Wednesday morning was held from the Hillsboro Christian Church Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock. The body was brought to the Crumley and Son Funeral Home Wednesday evening. The Rev. OW McGaughey of Veedersburg had charge of the service. A quartet composed of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Livengood, George McBroom and Mrs. Mary Starnes accompanied by Mrs. Elzada Claman at the piano sang, There is a Habitation, A Sweetly Solemn Thought and Abide with Me. The pall bearers were: Reuben Short, Harold Shultz, Royse Faulkner, AD McKey, George McBroom and Charles Livengood. Burial was made in Rose Hill Cemetery, Hillsboro. The deceased was 60 years of age, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Carmen who for many years resided at Mellott. She is survived by her husband, three daughters, three sisters, Mrs. AS Faulkner of Waynetown; Mrs. Zelma Marston of Indianapolis; Mrs. Nettie McNorton of Rockville and one brother, WH Carmen of Mellott.
