TEETERS, Pearl Story - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Covington – Mrs. Pearl Victoria Teeters, age 56, a resident of Covington for 25 yeaers died Monday May 19 at the Logansport State Hospital where she had been a patient four years. Mrs. Teeters was born Dec 2, 1912 in Clay City Ind the daughter of Edward and Victoria Carron Story. She was married to Guy Teeters Aug 5, 1942 and he preceded her in death Jan 12, 1965. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church. She had lived in Covington 25 years and prior to that had resided in Detroit, Mich. Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Leona Barnett of Covington and two brothers, Roy Story of Covington and Virgil Story of Uttica, Mich. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother. The body is at the Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home here where friends may call Wednesday afternoon and evening. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the First Assembly of God Church. The Rev. Edgar Allen will officiate and burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery. -- kbz
