TEEGARDEN, Tuah Dice

Mrs. Tuah Teegarden, 78, a life resident of the Veedersburg community, died at 4:00 a.m. Saturday, March 11, 1961 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in "Danville, Ill., where she had entered as a patient on Friday afternoon.
She was born on May 31, 1882, the daughter of Charles and Emma Thompson Dice.  She was married to Barton Teegarden in 1910 who preceded her in death on October 5, 1958.
Surviving are a brother, Joe Dice, of Veedersburg and several nieces and nephews.  A half-brother, James Marquess, also preceded her in death.
Funeral services, at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Fishero Funeral Home, Veedersburg, were in charge of the Rev. Ralph Sell, minister of the Christian Church, of which she was a member.  Burial was made at Rockfield Cemetery.
