Charles M. Taylor, 84, former resident of Hillsboro, died at his home in New Richmond at 12:30 p.m. Monday after a lingering illness. He was in the livery business in Hillsboro for 17 years and also resided on a farm in this vicinity. He moved to New Richmond 23 years ago where they have since resided He was a member of the Hillsboro Christian Church. Born in Mason County, Ky, April 1, 1864, he was the son of Dr James and Fannie Taylor. He was married to Miss Edith Black, March 25, 1894. Survivors are the widow, two sons, Donald of New Richmond and Capt. Charles, of Tokyo and two brothers, Thomas of Hillsboro and James of Lafayette. Funeral services will be held at the home in New Richmond at 2 p.m. Thursday with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery, Hillsboro --- transcribed by kbz
