TALBOTT, Artie Cobb - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Attica, Mrs. Artie V. Talbott, 89, died at 10:45 p.m. Saturday in Community Hospital, Williamsport where she had been a patient one day. She had been in failing health one year. A native of Fountain County, she had been a resident of Attica 26 years. She lived at 1009 S. Brady, Attica before moving to Woodland Manor Nursing Home several months ago.  In 1909 she married James Ray Talbott who died Jan 2, 1978. They farmed in Logan Township prior to coming here. She attended Antioch and Rupert schools in Logan Township.  Mrs. Talbott was a member of Attica First United Methodist Church, WSCS of the church and Bethel Circle. Surviving are five sons: Orville and Oliver Talbott, both of Attica; Bill Talbott of Williamsport; Wendell Talbott of Lafayette and Eugene Talbott of Indianapolis. - kz
