The death of Joseph Swisher at one time sheriff of Warren County occurred at his home in West Lebanon Tuesday night of last week. He was another one of the pioneers of the county and was familiarly known to a large number of the people in this vicinity. He was a veteran of the Civil War, having been a member of the 72nd Indiana regiment. The funeral was held from the family residence at 1:30 o’clock Thursday.---kbz
