SWANEY, Isabel McKinney - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Isabel Swaney of Covington, age 67, died Wednesday morning, September 28, in St. Elizabeth Hospital at Danville, Illinois. She was born at Stringtown, March 26, 1916, the daughter of William Henry and Goldie Edith Hagley McKinney. February 3, 1934, she married Archie Swaney, who survives.

  Also surviving are three sons, John, Mickey Lee and Donnal, all of Covington, a sister, Wilma Shuman of Covington; a brother, Charles McKinney of Hillsboro; 12 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at Bodine and Shelby Funeral Home in Covington with Rev. Edgar Allen officiating. Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery at Covington. -s
