SULLIVAN, Vernon - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Vernon Sullivan Jr., 22, died Tuesday, October 18, in Tampa, Florida as the result of a drowning accident. He was a former resident of Veedersburg.

  He was born August 25, 1961 at Lafayette, the son of Vernon and Claudine Keller Sullivan Sr. A construction worker, he moved to Florida several months ago, and prior to that had lived in Veedersburg since 1975.

  Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Claudine Allee of Oxford; three brothers, Jackie Sullivan Sr., Donnie Miller and Billy Miller, all of Veedersburg; and tow sisters, Mrs. Marlene Gerlach of Oxford and Mrs. Jerry L. Jean of Veedersburg.

  Services were conducted Saturday at Dickerson Funeral Home in Veedersburg with Rev. William Dittmer officiating. Burial was in Newtown Cemetery.
