Wingate – Lawson P. Stull, 81 died Wednesday morning at the Kirkpatrick Nursing Home in Wingate where he had been a patient three years.  Born Jan 3, 1874 in Fountain County, Mr. Stull was the son of Aquilla and Georgia Case Stull.  He was a member of the Prairie Chapel Church. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Marion Follick of near Waynetown; a brother, John W. Stull of Sterling and several nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Grenard & Servies Funeral Home in Waynetown followed by burial at Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Rev. John R. Servies of Crawfordsville will be the officiating minister. Friends may call at the funeral home. – kbz

Funeral services for Lawson P. Stull, 81, a former Hillsboro resident who died at the Kirkpatrick Nursing Home in Wingate Wednesday were held at the Grenard & Servies Funeral Home in Waynetown Friday afternoon with Rev. John R. Servies in charge.  Burial was in the Waynetown Masonic Cemetery.  He had been in ill health with a heart ailment and had been a patient in the nursing home for three years.  Mr. Stull was born Jan 3, 1874 in Fountain County son of Aquilla and Georgia Case Stull.  He was married to Effie Ellis of Hillsboro who preceded him in death.  He was a member of the Prairie Chapel Church near Hillsboro and had been engaged in farming.  Survivors are a sister Mrs. Marion Follick of Waynetown and a brother John W. Stull of Sterling.
