Mrs. Iva Clem Stucker, widow of Leon Stucker, a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, formerly of Covington, passed away Friday in her home.

  Mrs. Stucker was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Zack Clem of Covington (now deceased) and moved to Albuquerque many years ago with her husband, Leon.

  Survivors are one son, Tom Stucker and three brothers, Zack Clem of Albuquerque, Wilbur F. Clem of Henderson, Tex. -s

While in Indianapolis, Homer Royal learned of the death of his sister-in-law, Mrs. Leon Stucker, a former Covington resident, who had lived in Albuquerque, New Mexico since 1927. Mrs. Stucker was found dead in her home on January 29, 1977. She was born July 2, 1905, the daughter of Zack and Ada Phillips Clem. She attended Covington High School and was a member of the class, which graduated in 1923. She was married to Leon Stucker in 1926. Because of Leon’s health they moved to Albuquerque in 1927, where he died in 1949. A son, George Edward, and infant son, Richard, also preceded her in death.
  She is survived by a son, John Thomas Stucker, of Monahan, Texas, three brothers, Zack Clem of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Ross Clem of Henderson, Texas, and Wilbur F. Clem of Indianapolis.

  Strong-Thorne Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements and burial on February 1, 1977 was in Albuquerque where her son, George Edward, is buried. – thanks to S
