Covington—Marcia J. Strawser, 34, Route 1, Covington, formerly of Cayuga, died at 11:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 27, 1989 at Community Hospital, Williamsport.

She was born July 10, 1954 in Danville, Ill., the daughter of Thomas Jr. and Marjorie Allee Huffman.

She attended North Vermillion High School and was a homemaker.

Surviving are two daughters, Jenny Lea and Sherri Ann Strawser, both at home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Wienke, Route 1, Dana, and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Huffman Jr., Rockville; maternal grandmother, Dorene Allee, Cayuga; paternal grandmother, Alice Taylor, Plymouth; two brothers, Tony R. Huffman, Covington, and Paul A. Wienke, Route 1, Dana, and a sister, Teresa Porter, Route 1, Dana. She was preceded in death by a son, Michael Edward Strawser Jr., who died Dec. 17, 1979, and her maternal and paternal grandfathers.

Funeral services were at 11 a.m. Thursday at DeVerter Brothers Funeral Home, Cayuga, with the Rev. Wendell Adams officiating. Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery, Covington. – thanks to S
