Maurice Stonecipher of Hillsboro received word Friday night of the death of his brother, William Stonecipher, 880 who died at his home in Kerney, Nebraska Friday following a heart attack. Mr. Stonecipher was known by several in this vicinity where he frequently visited and has a number of nieces and nephews here. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. David Stonecipher who preceded him in death. He had been a barber in Kerney for a number of years and is survived by his widow, one brother, Maurice of Hillsboro and one sister Mrs. Jacie Kinneer of Veedersburg. Mr. Stonecipher and Mrs. Kineer attended the funeral service was held in Kerney Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock. – kbz
