Watkins, Feb 25 – Dr. D. Burr Stone died at Kramer, Ind Monday. He was working in the laboratory with another physician at the Mudlavia Sanitarium at Kramer the previous Tuesday when he was severely burned by an explosion of chemicals. The remains have been brought to his home in Bennetsburg where the funeral services will be held. D. Burr Stone was born in Hector, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lemuel Stone. He graduated from the Chicago College of Medicine three years ago and had since his graduation been a member of the staff of the hospital where the accident occurred. He is survived by his wife, his parents, two brothers, Walter of Burdett and Clarence of this village and one sister, Mrs. Mary Curry of Bennettburg. --- kbz
