STONE, Alma Wilt - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

HILLSBORO – Word has been receive of the death of a former Hillsboro resident, Mrs. Alma Wilt Stone. She was the widow of Harry Wilt and moved from Hillsboro to Perkins, Okla., in 1914. She died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Cora Kidd of Dallas, Tex., May 30. She had resided there for the past year. She had been in declining health for the past 10 years. She was married to J. R. Stone in 1921. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Grace Wilt Stogsdill, and one son, R. L. (Bud) Wilt, both of Dallas, Tex; two stepsons and two stepdaughters; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. – jlr
