STETLER, Raymond Eldon

Raymond Eldon Stetler, age 63, of Attica Rt. 2, died at 3:50 a.m. Monday, Feb. 27, at the Indiana State Hospital at Rockville. He had been a patient there five years. He formerly had been a patient for six years at the William Ross Sanitarium in Lafayette. He had been ill 12 years.
Mr. Stetler was born Sept. 13, 1903, in Warren County, the son of George and Delphus Powell Stetler. He moved to Attica when he was 21 years old. He was married March 22, 1930, at Attica, to Ruth Riley, who survives. Mr. Stetler had been employed as a finishing moulder at Harrison Steel Foundry for 31 years. He was a member of the Free Methodist Church.
Survivors include: two daughters, Mrs. Letha Serie of Lafayette and Mrs. Virginia Ping of Covington; five sons, Robert of Denver, Colo., Lloyd of Attica, Carl of Wilmore, Ky., Larry of Lafayette and Jerry in the Army at Ft. Knox, Ky., two brothers, John of Attica and Dewey of Westfield; and two sisters, Mrs. Florence Kirts of Attica and Mrs. Arsula Brown, also of Attica.
The body is at the DeSutter Funeral Home in Attica.
